GPCC Factories

Gulf Precast industrial complexes consist of 4 manufacturing factories for the production of precast concrete, prestressed concrete, GRC and GRP elements.

Established in Mussaffah area since 1984, our Abu Dhabi Factory covers an area of 62,000 M2. It contains several modern equipment workshops for steel structures, carpentry, GRC and GRP works, a steelyard, a production area for precast concrete, 3 batching plants and 10 Prestressing lanes for the production of hollow core slabs and prestreesed beams and elements.

Dubai Precast Factory, located in Dubai Investment Park over a total area of 40,000 m2, with state of the art production infrastructures and equipments for the production of precast concrete elements. Among the premises of this factory, GPCC branch offices are located.

A state of Art Hollow core factory in Dubai Investment Park II consisting of 14 lanes of hollow core slabs production with the latest technology over a total area of 69,000 m2.

With 3 precast production areas, and a pallet circulating system production section which is operating through full-automated production system with the latest ever technology and machinery, we have established our Mussafah II factory over a total area of 98,000 m2 in the Industrial City of Abu Dhabi ICAD. This factory is capable of producing all types of precast concrete elements.
