We offer our wide expertise in the field of architectural and structural detailing, mould making, manufacturing, erecting, fixing and sealing all types of precast concrete elements. Gulf Precast industrial complexes consist of 4 manufacturing plants. Established in Mussaffah area since 1984, our Abu Dhabi Factory covers an area of 62,000 M2. It contains several modern equipment workshops for steel structures, carpentry, GRC and GRP works, a steelyard, a production area for precast concrete, 3 batching plants and 10 Prestressing lanes.

Dubai Precast Factory, located in Dubai Investment Park over a total area of 40,000 m2, with state of the art production infrastructures and equipment. A state of Art Hollow core factory in Dubai Investment Park II consisting of 14 lanes of hollow core production with the latest technology over a total area of 69,000 m2. With 3 precast production areas, and a pallet circulating system production section which is operating through full-automated production system with the latest ever technology and machinery, we have established our Mussafah II factory over a total area of 98,000 m2 in the Industrial City of Abu Dhabi ICAD.

Gulf Precast offers complete construction solution, from the architectural and structural detailing produced by our Design Office, to the manufacturing, until the handling over by our erection teams who are operating both inside and outside the United Arab Emirates.
