• Plans the daily transportation schedule to ensure the timely transportation of products and human resources, including transportation routes, vehicles used, drivers, departure and arrival timing etc.  

• Ensure that the internal fleet of vehicles is used to maximum efficiency and, if required, negotiate and secure external transportation facilities with service provides.

• Ensure that proper transportation documentation and related cost expenditure is collected, maintained and analyzed.

• University Degree.

• Minimum 3 years in managing transportation planning and coordination in a large organization.

• Experienced at analysis and prioritizing conflicting priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.
•  Comprehensive knowledge of UAE geography.
• Strong ability to communicate verbally and written.
• Superior interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of Precast Manufacturing would be a plus.
