With over 40 years of experience, Gulf Precast Concrete Company LLC – S.P.C – A Subsidiary of Saif Bin Darwish Company LLC, is a leading name in precast construction in the UAE, delivering turnkey solutions for residential villas, accommodations, substations, marine structures, and infrastructure projects.

Operating five factories and six dedicated production facilities across Abu Dhabi and Dubai, we have a daily production capacity of 1,500 cubic meters, making us one of the largest precast manufacturers in the region. Our expertise has also extended to major projects in Saudi Arabia.

At Gulf Precast, quality, safety, and sustainability are at the core of our operations. We adhere to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards and have earned 8 Sheikh Khalifa Industry & Excellence Awards, along with the 2022 Taqdeer Award for exceptional labour welfare programs.

Our team of 3,500+ professionals, including over 100 engineers, is continuously trained in innovative techniques and quality improvements. We excel in precast and prestressed concrete, GRC, GRP, and turnkey project execution, converting cast-in-situ designs into optimized precast solutions while generating value engineering savings for our clients.
