Gulf Precast
Gulf Precast operates five precast factories across the Emirates, with three situated in Abu Dhabi and two in Dubai. Additionally, we establish semi-mobile on-site factories to accommodate major projects.
Automated Carrousel Plant
Daily precast production capacity: 150 m3
The factory premises are subdivided into the following areas:
- Building housing administration, transport, environment, safety and quality control offices.
- Raw material storage areas.
- Automatic steel production yard.
- Curing chambers.
- Automatic precast production stations.
- Pre-storage area and storage yard.
Automated Hollowcore Plant
Daily Hollowcore production capacity: 450m3
Situated in Dubai Investment Park on a total area of 69,000M2, the factory premises are subdivided into the following areas:
- Buildings housing Administration, Transport, Safety and Quality Control Offices.
- Raw Materials Storage Areas.
- Hollowcore Concrete Production area.
- Pre Storage Area and Storage Yard.
- Maintenance & Delivery.
- Sampling Area.
- Laboratory.
The plant is certified by Dubai Municipality as per standard specification DMS 026 “Technical Requirements for the operation of Ready Mixed Concrete Plants”.
Customized Precast Production Plants - II
Daily Precast production capacity: 250 m3
The factory is established on a total area of 98,000 M2, and is subdivided into the following areas:
- Buildings housing Administration, Transport, Safety and Quality Control Offices.
- Raw Materials Storage Areas.
- Steel Fabrication Workshop.
- Steel Fixing Workshop.
- Precast Concrete Production area.
- Pre Storage Area and Storage Yard.
- Maintenance & Delivery.
- Laboratory.
Customized Production Plants
Daily Precast production capacity: 180 m3
On a total area of 40,000M2, the factory premises are subdivided into the following areas:
