Recently, the Dubai Future Foundation was officially recognized as a new Guinness World Records title holder for building the world’s first 3D-printed commercial building. The ‘Office of the Future’ located at the foot of the prestigious Emirates Towers, Dubai is the most advanced 3D printed building of its kind in the world. It is also the first fully functional, inhabited 3D printed building ever. In this very significant achievement, Gulf Precast Concrete Co. LLC, a leading provider of precast concrete solutions in the region with over 36 years of experience since 1984, is pleased to share its participation in construction of this futuristic and historical building.

Gulf Precast, the largest precast manufacturer in the UAE, performed various tests on the 3D elements produced and transported from China in one of its Dubai factories, assembled and install the elements on site within a very short period of time. The ‘Office of the Future’ is a showcase for innovative and sophisticated projects and Gulf Precast’s state-of-the-art technology and expertise supported the challenging targets of this project.

Mr. Sharif Mohamed, the Project Manager in charge of the installation work commented that “the team worked days and nights to complete the installation as per the timing requested by our Client, and I am proud that my efforts and that of my team are associated with such outstanding success.”
