Gulf Precast Hosted 2Nd “Precast For All” Seminar At Jumeirah Etihad Towers
Gulf Precast hosted its 2nd one-day seminar “Precast for All” at Jumeirah Etihad Towers on 15th May 2012 with other precast companies in UAE. It was attended by key personals from government officials, contracting companies, consulting firms, and real estate developers.
Dr. Daniele Pfeffer, Chief Operating Officer, Gulf Precast opened the seminar with her warm welcome speech
Her Excellency Fatema Al Jaber, Board Member, Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry discussed the positive trends in the precast construction industry and how it is creating a positive impact on overall economy of UAE.
Max Jordan, Senior Director of Fluor elaborated on precast structures for villas especially in Al Falah Community project, where majority of the precast work is done by Gulf Precast.
Carlos Amaya of Estidama discussed the Estidama compliance for envelope thermal performance while Dr. Maher Tadros from the University of Nebraska highlighted the benefits of precast in infrastructure constructions.
Other key speakers included Sameh El Ashri, Engineering Director of eConstruct, and Bob Scott, Head of Structures of WS Atkins.
